Dear all,

 This is for your information regarding the new e - reporting policy applicable from 1.3.2016 -

 1) Reporting will be done twice in a week, DCR will be locked on the 4th day of non reporting.

 2) Actual business has to be submitted before 5th of the next month, after which reporting will be locked & salary will not go for further processing.

 3) Tour program has to be submitted before 25th, it will be locked at 12am on 26th of the month

 Any request for opening of lock on any of the above matters will attract fine of 250rs.
